The website is operated by:
Crofame Ltd
Registered office: London, United Kingdom
Company number: 16776271
Email: office@crofame.com
References to “Crofame”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Crofame Ltd.
References to “you” or “customer” mean the person using the website or purchasing goods, services or digital content from us.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Website
We aim to keep the information on Crofame.com accurate and up to date.
However, we may change, update, suspend or remove parts of the website at any time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.
Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Products and Services
Crofame may offer physical products, digital products and professional or creative services.
We aim to describe all products and services as accurately as reasonably possible.
Images are for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, materials or production processes.
Where a product is handmade, customised or produced in small quantities, minor variations may occur.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
The total amount payable will be shown before you place your order.
Where applicable, prices will include VAT or other taxes required by law.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown separately before checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
5. Placing an Order
When you place an order through Crofame.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
Before completing checkout, you will have an opportunity to review and correct your order.
Your order is not necessarily accepted simply because payment has been submitted.
A contract between you and Crofame is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or when we begin supplying the relevant goods, services or digital content.
UK online-selling rules require customers to be clearly told when placing an order creates an obligation to pay and require businesses to provide key information such as price, delivery and payment arrangements before purchase.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, WooPayments or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
We do not normally store full card details.
Your payment provider may carry out security, authentication or fraud-prevention checks.
If payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel the order.
7. Availability
All products and services are subject to availability.
We may cancel an order if:
- an item is unavailable;
- a service can no longer be provided;
- there is an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.
8. Delivery of Physical Goods
Delivery methods, estimated times and charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Unless a different timeframe has been agreed, UK online-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, although we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed where appropriate.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
9. Risk and Ownership
Risk in physical goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership passes once we have received full payment for the goods.
10. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel certain orders without giving a reason.
For most physical goods, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel, contact us at:
office@crofame.com
Your cancellation notice should clearly identify the order concerned.
11. Returning Goods
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the cost of returning them where the law allows.
Returned goods should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them, similar to what would normally be permitted in a shop.
We may reduce a refund where the value of the goods has been diminished because they were handled beyond what was reasonably necessary.
12. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an eligible online purchase, we will refund the amount required by law.
For eligible returns, the refund will normally include the standard delivery charge originally paid.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.
Refunds for returned goods must generally be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or appropriate evidence that they have been sent back.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
13. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to certain products.
Examples can include:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- perishable goods;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- certain sealed software or media once opened;
- certain digital content supplied immediately with your prior consent.
UK government guidance specifically identifies personalised and custom-made items among products that generally do not have to be accepted back simply because the customer changed their mind.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
14. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Goods must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described or do not perform as they should, you may have rights to a refund, repair or replacement.
UK guidance states that consumers generally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
15. Services
Where Crofame provides services, we will perform them with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the description agreed with you.
Timescales may be estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed deadline.
For bespoke services, the scope, deliverables, price and timetable may also be governed by a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed service agreement, the separately agreed terms will take priority for that service.
16. Digital Content
Where we sell digital content, downloads or other digital products, additional rules may apply.
If digital content is supplied immediately during the statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly agree that supply should begin immediately and acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once the download or supply begins.
UK online-selling guidance requires that customers specifically agree to immediate supply of downloadable or streamed digital content and acknowledge the effect on the 14-day cancellation right.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty digital content remain unaffected.
17. Custom and Bespoke Work
Some Crofame products or services may be customised, personalised or created specifically to your requirements.
Before production begins, you are responsible for checking any information, measurements, spelling, artwork, specifications or other details you provide.
Once work has begun on personalised or bespoke goods, cancellation rights may be restricted as permitted by law.
Additional charges may apply where you request changes outside the originally agreed scope.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of Crofame.com, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs, layouts and other original material, belongs to Crofame Ltd or is used under licence.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying design.
19. Customer Content
If you provide us with text, images, designs, logos, photographs or other materials for use in a customised order or service, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you provide does not infringe another person’s intellectual property or other legal rights.
20. Website Accounts
You may be able to create a customer account.
You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or misuse of the website.
21. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot normally be combined with another offer;
- may be withdrawn or changed before an order is placed;
- may have an expiry date or eligibility restrictions.
We will not change the agreed price of an order already accepted solely because a promotion later ends.
22. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Where you use our products or services primarily for business purposes, additional limitations may apply under a separate business agreement.
23. Third-Party Websites
Crofame.com may contain links to external websites or third-party services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily mean that Crofame endorses the third party.
24. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are governed by our Cookie Policy and cookie-consent settings.
25. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include significant transport disruption, natural disasters, failures of telecommunications or internet services, industrial action, government action or disruption affecting suppliers.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such events.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The terms that apply to an order will generally be those available when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
27. Governing Law
If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of the part of the United Kingdom or other jurisdiction in which you live.

If you have a complaint about an order, product or service, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the issue.
